By using the website or application, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Service

Kizza operates as an intermediary platform for organizing orders and delivery. Kizza does not bear responsibility for the quality of food or products themselves. Order fulfillment is carried out by registered businesses or authorized delivery partners.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, use the platform for lawful purposes only, and not misuse the service or cause harm to the platform or its partners.

4. Business Obligations

Registered businesses must comply with all applicable Saudi regulations (municipal, health, and commercial). They must ensure accuracy of information and pricing displayed, prepare orders within the agreed time, and be fully responsible for the products provided to customers.

5. Orders and Payments

Prices are set and displayed by the registered businesses. Delivery or service fees may be added at checkout. All payments are subject to the policies of approved payment service providers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the nature of the order. Orders cannot be canceled after preparation or delivery has started except in specific cases. Complaints are handled fairly in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs related to Kizza are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Kizza is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. The platform is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Use of the platform is at your own risk within the limits of applicable law.
